Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another when it ships. Processing excludes Sundays and public holidays.

Domestic Shipping

We ship across India.

• Standard shipping — 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Express shipping — 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Complimentary standard shipping applies to orders of ₹4,999 and above. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once the order has left our warehouse.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time. Join the newsletter for updates when we expand.

Tracking

A tracking link is sent by email as soon as your parcel is with the courier. If tracking has not updated within 48 hours of the ship notice, contact care@fleshko.com.

Delays

Weather, courier capacity, and regional holidays can extend delivery windows. We will notify you if a material delay affects your order.

Lost Package

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or the courier marks the parcel as lost, contact care@fleshko.com. We will open a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

Taxes

Prices are listed in INR. Applicable GST is shown at checkout where required. Import duties do not apply to domestic orders.
