By accessing fleshko.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and pricing

We aim for accurate product descriptions, imagery, and pricing. Colours may vary slightly by screen. Prices are listed in INR and may change without notice before an order is confirmed. GST and shipping are shown at checkout where applicable.

Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.

Payment

Accepted methods are shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Title to goods passes on delivery; risk passes on delivery to the address you provide.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including design, text, imagery, and marks — is owned by FLESHKO or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially reuse it without written permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site or attempt unauthorised access.
• Do not disrupt services or scrape content at scale.
• Do not use the storefront for unlawful purposes.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLESHKO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
